KWG : Showing Women's Style, Gathering the Power of Party Building - KWG opens a new pattern of Party Building

At the Two sessions in 2022, the State Council's "Government Work Report"is clearly statedthat we shouldpromotejoint contribution, common security and shared benefits insocial governance,innovate and improve community-levelsocial governance, strengthen community service functionsandthe social mobilization system, enhance community-levelgovernance capacity.

In order to follow the guiding ideology of the party and the government, continue to deepen "adhere to the party as the leading enterprise of action", and constantlyimprove the community management mechanismby the party leading, and open a new pattern of community party building work sharing. On March 8^th, 2022, the GeneralPartyBranch of KWG participated in the co-construction activity with the Party Working Committee of Longhu Street in Huangpu District, Guangzhou.

In the presence of the participants, the General Party Branch of KWG participated in the signing ceremony of co-construction with the Party Working Committee of Longhu Street in Huangpu District, Guangzhou. The leaders of both sidesjointlyplanted "Tree of Joint Construction" in KWG, which means harmonious construction, joint development and win-win situation.

The party building activities are aimed at both improving customer service and integrating into the community culture.

On the occasion of March 8 Women's Day, Ms. Xu Lihua, the head of Longhu Street Veterans' Service Station in Huangpu District, awarded the "excellent women representatives" with "March 8" festival souvenirs. Three of the "Excellent Women Representatives" came from the KWG丨SKYSITEproject, they always put customers at the center and take their jobs as the cornerstone of service, and are committed to providing quality and efficient services to customers.

Subsequently, more than 10 employees joined the "Longhu Volunteer's Team". Longhu Children, as a public welfare "brand" launched by Longhu Street in Huangpu District, coincides with the concept of providing volunteer service, spreading new trend and highlightingpositive energy of KWGemployees, which also fully reflects the deep integration between the General Party Branch of KWG Group and the cultural construction of streets and communities.

Since 2019, 'the Opinions of the State Council of the CPC Central Committee on Creating a Better Development Environment to Support the Reform and Development of Private Enterprises' statedthat a sound mechanism for party building in private enterprises should be established. Community building is an important practice of KWG's party building work. Under the leadership of the party, KWG insists on party building and building a new model of community development based on the party.

Mr. Chen Jun, Secretary of the General Party Branch of KWG Group and General Manager of KWG Education Group, pointed out that the development of Party building work in the new era needs to be combined with business characteristics, and that Party building should be integrated into the concept of operation and service, to improve management and service level with Party building, creating benchmarks, demonstrating and leading, and exploring new paths for community building, governance and sharing work.

Building and sharing a harmonious and beautiful community

At the scene of yesterday's activities, party members' representatives and volunteers actively participated in the scene of free diagnosis,hair cutting, garbage classification of the recycling of flowers and oranges back to seed, and legal consultation and other activities. So theresidents can enjoy intimatevolunteer services at home, improve residents'sense ofhappiness and gain, and strengthen the emotional bondbetween enterprises and residents.

In fact, this is justa part of the community party building and party culture construction of KWG. In order to better practice community party building, KWG has systematically established the "1234" KWG model of party building work.

Create a "party-group linkage platform", linking local streets, neighborhood committees and other units and departments to establish a smooth and effective communication and linkage platform between the party and the group, between residents and properties, to strengthen the role of red properties as a fortress and better serve community residents.

Creating two teams, one is the party members' vanguard team and the other is the volunteer service team, refining talents with the team and forging a high quality management service team that can meet the diversified needs of community residents.
