La Doria SpA is an Italy-based company engaged in the production and marketing of food products. The Company is primarily active in the manufacture of canned products and juices. The Company structures its business into four main lines of products: Tomatoes, which includes tomato-based products, such as peeled tomatoes, chopped tomatoes, cherry tomatoes and tomato puree; Fruit Juices, which offers fruit juices, nectars and tea beverages; Sauces, which include tomato, meat, pesto and white sauces, and Pulses, which comprises canned beans, chick peas and lentils, as well as soups. Additionally, it is involved in the manufacture of canned tuna, pasta and boxes of chocolate, among others. The Company operates through five production units and it distributed its products in Italy and abroad, particularly in the United Kingdom and Scandinavian countries.
