Laguna Resorts & Hotels Public Company Limited Proposes Not to Pay A Dividend for the Year Ended December 31, 2020

Laguna Resorts & Hotels Public Company Limited is engaged in the hotel business and property development. The Company’s five hotels are located in Laguna Phuket, such as Angsana Laguna Phuket, Banyan Tree Phuket, Angsana Villas Resort Phuket, Cassia Phuket and Laguna Holiday Club Phuket Resort, located in Phuket province and one hotel, the Banyan Tree Bangkok, located in Bangkok. The Company’s subsidiaries are also engaged in operating golf clubs (Laguna Golf Phuket and Laguna Golf Bintan), sales of merchandise (Banyan Tree Gallery), spa, office and shop rental and sale of holiday club memberships. The Company’s hotel business segment relates to hotel and restaurant operations, including other related businesses, such as golf club and sales of merchandise. The Company’s property development segment relates to property sales and the sale of holiday club memberships. The Company’s office rental segment relates to the rental and service of lands and buildings, which it manages for lease.
