Lake Victoria Gold Ltd., formerly Tembo Gold Corp., is a Canada-based company. The Company is engaged in operating multiple exploration licenses to locate gold in Tanzania. The Company, through its subsidiary Tanzoz Minerals Ltd, operates the Imwelo Project (the project). The project offers significant greenstone hosted gold in quartz vein mineralization, which is typically distributed along specific regional structures and at the boundaries between contrasted lithologic and/or age domains.
