Richard Delks has been promoted to First Vice President, Senior Wealth Advisor. In this position, Delks works with clients as a primary relationship manager, providing advice and access to the bank's wealth management services including investment management, trust administration, estate planning and financial planning. He has been with the bank for nine years. Delks earned a bachelor's degree in corporate finance from Ball State University. He is board president of the Elkhart Unit of the Boys and Girls Club of Elkhart County.

Chad Glassburn has been promoted to First Vice President, Commercial Banking Officer. In this position, Glassburn develops relationships with commercial clients to provide financing and banking solutions. He has been with the bank for eight years. Glassburn earned his bachelor's degree in finance and economics from Indiana University. Glassburn volunteers with several local nonprofit organizations.

Rodney Hooley has been promoted to First Vice President, Agribusiness Manager. In this position, Hooley leads the team that works with farmers and agribusinesses, providing solutions including loans, deposit products and access to treasury management services. He has been with the bank for 18 years. Hooley earned a bachelor's degree in finance from Ball State University. He is a Nappanee Rotary Club board member, and a board member at Brenneman Memorial Missionary Church and United Missionary Loans and Investments. He volunteers with the Brenneman Memorial Missionary Church.

Eric Wagoner has been promoted to First Vice President, Core Banking Operations Manager. In this position, Wagoner directs operational functions for all core banking products and services, including loans, deposits, and transaction processing. He plays a key role in the implementation and success of major product developments and regulatory changes at the bank. He has been with the bank for 20 years. He serves as board chair of the Warsaw Salvation Army Advisory Board and volunteers with the Warsaw Salvation Army Women's Auxiliary.

Brooke Bentley has been promoted to Vice President, Retail Banking Officer, in the bank's Kendallville office. In this position, Bentley leads sales and service efforts in the branch, manages the daily operations of the office and supports office staff in their efforts to provide quality service and build customer relationships. She has been with the bank for 25 years. Bentley earned an associate degree in accounting from International Business College. She is vice president of the Noble County Council on Aging. She volunteers with Volunteer Income Tax Assistance (VITA) as a tax preparer.

Andrew Dance has been promoted to Vice President, Retail Banking Officer, in the bank's Fort Wayne North office. In this position, Dance leads sales and service efforts in the branch, manages the daily operations of the office and supports office staff in their efforts to provide quality service and build customer relationships. He has been with the bank for three years. He attended DePauw University, Indiana University - Purdue University Fort Wayne and Ball State University. Dance volunteers with Lutheran Social Services of Indiana (LSSI) and Junior Achievement.

Corbin Holtsberry has been promoted to Vice President, Agribusiness Banking Officer. In this position he works with farmers and agribusinesses, providing solutions including loans, deposit products and access to treasury management services. He has been with the bank for seven years. Holtsberry earned a bachelor's degree in agribusiness with a concentration in agricultural finance from Purdue University. He is board treasurer of the City County Athletic Complex (CCAC), a Kosciusko Chamber of Commerce ambassador and board member of the Warsaw Breakfast Optimist Club. He volunteers with the Argos Children's Resale.

Kristi Manwaring has been promoted to Vice President, Retail Banking Officer, in the bank's Fort Wayne Jefferson office. In this position, Manwaring leads sales and service efforts in the branch, manages the daily operations of the office and supports office staff in their efforts to provide quality service and build customer relationships. She has been with the bank for five years. She volunteers as a coach with Girls on the Run. She also volunteers with Lutheran Social Services of Indiana (LSSI), Junior Achievement and the Chapel.

Carolyn Ross has been promoted to Vice President, Retail Banking Officer, in the bank's Columbia City office. In this position, Ross leads sales and service efforts in the branch, manages the daily operations of the office and supports office staff in their efforts to provide quality service and build customer relationships. She has been with the bank for 16 years. She is an advisory board member of the Multi-County Medical Outreach Clinic and a Finance Committee member of the Whitley County Chamber of Commerce. She volunteers with the Whitley County Jail Chemical Addiction Program.

Becka Turnbow has been promoted to Vice President, Enterprise Risk Management Officer. In this position, Turnbow is responsible for enterprise risk management, which evaluates overall risks to the bank. She manages risk reporting to the bank's board and management team, helps prepare for regulatory exams and prepares Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) reporting. She also manages the banks new branch application process with regulators. Turnbow has been with the bank for 10 years. She earned a bachelor's degree in criminal justice from Indiana University - Purdue University Fort Wayne and a master's degree in accounting from Indiana Wesleyan University.

Luke Weick has been promoted to Vice President, Marketing Manager. In this position, Weick leads marketing for the bank, including setting marketing strategy, brand management and managing the bank's evolving omnichannel marketing program. He has been with the bank for two years. Weick earned a bachelor's degree in media and public communications from Purdue University Fort Wayne. Weick volunteers as a development committee member and scholarship application reviewer with Questa Education Foundation.

Ashley Bridges has been promoted to Assistant Vice President, Retail Banking Officer, at the bank's Indianapolis North office. In this position, Bridges leads sales and service efforts in the branch, manages the daily operations of the office and supports office staff in their efforts to provide quality service and build customer relationships. She has been with the bank for nine years. Bridges earned an associate degree from Ivy Tech Community College. She is a member of the Westfield and OneZone chambers of commerce. She volunteers at Prevail, Inc.

Wendy Brown has been promoted to Assistant Vice President, Client Protection Services Assistant Manager. In this position, Brown assists in monitoring the bank's processes and recordkeeping related to the Bank Secrecy Act/Anti-Money Laundering compliance programs. She has been with the bank for seven years. Brown earned an associate degree in business administration from Ivy Tech Community College. She volunteers with the Lake City Bank Reality Store.

Greg Emmack has been promoted Assistant Vice President, Investment Representative for Lake City Investments.* In this position he assists clients with personal investments according to their goals such as retirement, savings and wealth transfer. He has been with the bank for six years. Emmack holds the following FINRA registrations: 7 and 66, as well as the Indiana Life and Health Insurance License. He earned a bachelor's degree in business management from Western Illinois University. He volunteers at his church.

Adam Esterline has been promoted to Assistant Vice President, Wealth Advisory Officer, serving the Warsaw area. In this position, he works with clients to provide advice and access to the bank's wealth management services including financial planning, trust administration, investment management and estate planning. He has been with the bank for two years. Esterline earned a bachelor's degree in mathematics from Purdue University and master's degree from Olivet Nazarene University. He is a board of elders member at his church. He volunteers with Junior Achievement.

Codie Gluchowski has been promoted to Assistant Vice President, Retail Banking Officer, in the bank's Jimtown office. In this position, Gluchowski leads sales and service efforts in the branch, manages the daily operations of the office and supports office staff in their efforts to provide quality service and build customer relationships. She has been with the bank for nine years. Gluchowski is a 2024 Candidate in the Elkhart County Leadership Academy. She volunteers with Junior Achievement and teaches Money Smart classes.

Kyle Grimm has been promoted to Assistant Vice President, Special Assets Officer. In this position, Grimm works with loan officers and customers to resolve issues associated with commercial loans. He also works on risk management issues associated with the commercial loan process. He has been with the bank for nine years. Grimm earned a bachelor's degree in business administration and sports management from Trine University. He volunteers coaching little league sports in the Ligonier community, and occasionally umpires little league baseball and softball games. Grimm also volunteers occasionally with the bank's Reality Stores.

Kristen Heiman has been promoted to Assistant Vice President, Payroll and Benefit Officer. In this position, Heiman is responsible for processing and balancing payroll; month-end reporting and balancing; unemployment, state and federal payroll reporting; and 401k documentation. She has been with the bank for four years. Heiman earned an associate of applied science degree and a certificate in fundamental payroll from Ivy Tech Community College. She volunteers with Volunteer Income Tax Assistance (VITA).

Brit Hollopeter has been promoted to Assistant Vice President, Retail Loan Operations Assistant Manager. In this position, Hollopeter monitors and maintains workflow for Retail Loan Operations, provides leadership and oversees training for the group to help meet goals. She has been with the bank for six years. Hollopeter volunteers with Junior Achievement BizTown and the Lake City Bank Reality Store.

Kourtney Jackson has been promoted to Assistant Vice President, Retail Banking Officer, in the bank's Shipshewana office. In this position, Jackson leads sales and service efforts in the branch, manages the daily operations of the office and supports office staff in their efforts to provide quality service and build customer relationships. She has been with the bank for seven years. She is a member of the LaGrange County Chamber of Commerce as well as the Shipshewana Retail Merchants Association. She volunteers with United Way, Junior Achievement and Tri Kappa in Goshen.

Alma Jimenez has been promoted to Assistant Vice President, Retail Banking Officer in the bank's Goshen South office. In this position, Jimenez leads sales and service efforts in the branch, manages the daily operations of the office and supports office staff in their efforts to provide quality service and build customer relationships. She has been with the bank for nine years. Jimenez earned an associate degree in business administration from Ivy Tech Community College. She is an ambassador for Big Brothers Big Sisters of Northeast Indiana. She is a Big Sister with Big Brothers Big Sisters of Northeast Indiana and volunteers with Junior Achievement.

Kimberly Knoerzer has been promoted to Assistant Vice President, Client Protection Services Assistant Manager. In this position she manages the group's Transactional Fraud team that is responsible for the detection, prevention and mitigation of fraudulent transactions. She assists in the development, testing and implementation of new fraud detection products and services and manages operational changes. She has been with the bank for seven years. She volunteers with the Lake City Bank Reality Stores at Lakeview and Harrison Elementary schools.

Brittni Kuhn has been promoted to Assistant Vice President, Retail Banking Officer and Private Banker at the bank's Syracuse office. In this position, she leads sales, service, business development and employee development efforts in the branch, and manages daily operations and security. As a private banker, she builds and manages relationships with a portfolio of private banking clients. She has been with the bank for 14 years. Kuhn is board secretary for Junior Achievement serving the Wawasee area. She is an ambassador for the Syracuse-Wawasee Chamber of Commerce and a member of the Indiana Bankers Association's Future Leadership Division (FLD). Kuhn volunteers with Junior Achievement and teaches financial literacy in the Kosciusko County Jail Chemical Addiction Program (JCAP).

Erin Martz has been promoted to Assistant Vice President, Senior Loan Administration Officer. In this position, Martz assists commercial banking officers with prospect and client communication. She also handles various aspects of loan monitoring and loan documentation. She has been with the bank for 10 years. Martz earned a bachelor's degree in business administration with a concentration in finance from Indiana University. She is treasurer of Indiana Birth Coalition and a member of the Indiana Bankers Association's Future Leadership Division (FLD). She is also a member of the bank's Diversity and Inclusion Committee.

Nichole Mendez has been promoted to Assistant Vice President, Retail Banking Officer, at the bank's Fort Wayne Downtown office. In this position, Mendez leads sales and service efforts in the branch, manages the daily operations of the office and supports office staff in their efforts to provide quality service and build customer relationships. She has been with the bank for seven years. She is treasurer of the Blackhawk Middle School PTSA and volunteers with Humane Fort Wayne, Junior Achievement and United Way.

Chrissy Myer has been promoted to Assistant Vice President, Retail Banking Officer, at the bank's South Bend Downtown Office. In this position, Myer leads sales and service efforts in the branch, manages the daily operations of the office and supports office staff in their efforts to provide quality service and build customer relationships. She has been with the bank for 15 years. She earned an associate degree in accounting from Southwestern Michigan College. Myer teaches financial literacy classes at local nonprofits.

Ashaunte Wallen has been promoted to Assistant Vice President, Business Unit Application Officer. In this position, she works with service partners on behalf of the bank's Commercial, Corporate and Institutional Services, and Wealth Advisory groups to ensure that product functionality enhances client experience and expectations. She has been with the bank for four years. She volunteers with Junior Achievement.

Mandy Benzing has been promoted to Retail Banking Support Officer. In this position, Benzing assists with the management of retail personnel and other employees with operational, product and service support. Her responsibilities include developing, testing and managing procedures associated with supporting products and applications. She has been with the bank for eight years. She earned an associate degree from International Business College in Fort Wayne. She volunteers with the bank's reality stores and with United Way.

Kelli Hatfield has been promoted to Trust Tax Officer. In this position Hatfield coordinates fiduciary income tax processing, including preparing returns for signature, organizing supplemental tax documents, and processing payments and distributions. She has been at the bank for four years. She volunteers with Junior Achievement and the Kosciusko Community Foundation Scholarship Committee.

Brandon Krutsch has been promoted to Senior Loan Administration Officer for the Elkhart area. In this position, Krutsch works with bankers on closings, inspections, funding, and title documentation for commercial loans. He has been with the bank for four years. He earned a bachelor's degree in business with a major in finance from Indiana University South Bend. He volunteers with the Northern Indiana Mountain Bike Association (NIMBA).

Maxxwell Sell has been promoted to Business Banking Officer. In this position, Sell underwrites and approves business loans and helps manage the bank's business banking loan portfolio.
