Lazard World Dividend & Income Fund Declares Monthly Distribution for the Month of December 2018, Payable on January 23, 2019

The Board of Directors of Lazard World Dividend & Income Fund Inc. has authorized the Fund to declare, pursuant to a level distribution policy, a monthly distribution equal to, on an annualized basis, 7.0% of the Fund’s net asset value per share as of the close of markets on December 31, 2018 on the Fund’s outstanding common stock. The distribution is payable on January
23, 2019 to shareholders of record on January 11, 2019. The ex-dividend date is January 10, 2019.
Lazard World Dividend & Income Fund, Inc. is a diversified, closed-end management investment company. The Fund's investment objective is total return through a combination of dividends, income and capital appreciation. The Fund will pursue this objective through a world equity strategy and a short-term emerging markets and debt strategy. It will invest substantially all of its net assets in between 60 to 90 world equity securities and less of the assets in short-term, emerging market forward currency contracts and other emerging markets debt instruments. The Fund invests in various sectors, including consumer discretionary, consumer staples, semiconductors and components, energy, banking, media, insurance, housing, financials, healthcare, industrials, information technology, materials, telecommunication services, utilities, sovereign debt and short-term investment. The Fund's investment manager is Lazard Asset Management LLC.
