Further to the Company's announcement on Wednesday 25 October 2017 in respect of the sale of the Company's business and assets to Meditor Energy Limited, the Company has today changed its name to Lb-shell plc.
A further update in respect of the Company's intention to de-list and wind-down will be provided in due course.
