The Galland family and management of Le Bélier Societe Anonyme acquired a minority stake in Le Bélier Societe Anonyme (ENXTPA:BELI) from Fonds de Consolidation et de Développement des Entreprises, FCPR managed by Consolidation et Développement Gestion SAS on October 10, 2013. The transaction was carried out exclusively through the financing through bonds which GALILEE contracted from the companies CAPZANINE and Société Générale Capital Partenaires. The transaction is a sponsorless buyout. Le Bélier reported turnover of €225.3 million and EBITDA of 32.8 million in 2012.
