The Board of Directors of Sansung P&C Corporation authorized a share repurchase program on February 17, 2003. Under the program, the company will repurchase up to KRW 1billion of its shares pursuant to a trust agreement with Hana Bank. The repurchases will commence on February 17, 2003, and will end on April 17, 2004.
On April 17, 2004, the company extended its trust agreement until February 17, 2005.
On February 17, 2005, the company extended its trust agreement until February 3, 2006.
On February 3, 2006, the company extended its trust agreement until August 3, 2006.
On August 3, 2006, the company extended its trust agreement until February 1, 2007.
On February 1, 2007, the company extended its trust agreement until February 1, 2008.
On February 1, 2008, the company extended its trust agreement until January 30, 2009.
On January 30, 2009, the company extended its trust agreement until January 29, 2010.
On January 29, 2010, the company extended its trust agreement until January 28, 2011.
On January 28, 2011, the company extended its trust agreement until January 27, 2012. Daewoo Securities Co., Ltd., Korean investment & Securities Co., Ltd., Hana Daetoo Securities Co., Ltd. and Hyundai Securities Co., Ltd. acted as brokers for Sansung P&C Corporation.
Sansung Life & Scince Co.,Ltd.'s share repurchase program expired on January 27, 2012. Under the plan, the company has repurchased 765,060 shares.
