RETIREMENT OF EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

The board (the "Board") of directors of HNA Technology Investments Holdings Limited (the "Company") hereby announces that, in accordance with the articles of association of the Company, Mr. Zhang Tao ("Mr. Zhang"), an executive director of the Company, retired as executive director of the Company at the annual general meeting of the Company held on 30 May 2019 (the "AGM"). Mr. Zhang did not offer himself for re-election at the AGM due to his other business commitments.

Mr. Zhang has confirmed that he does not have any disagreement with the Board and there are no other matters related to his retirement that need to be brought to the attention of the shareholders of the Company.

The Board would like to take this opportunity to give appreciation to Mr. Zhang for his valuable contribution to the Company during his tenure of office.
