Ledo Announces Management Changes

Ledo has appointed Marin Poljak as its new president of the management board and CEO, following the resignation of Dario Vrabec. Vrabec informed the supervisory board of Ledo that he would resign from the position of CEO and leave the company upon own request. Marin Poljak has almost 20 years of management experience with multinational companies from the FMCG sector.

He comes from Philip Morris International, prior to which he was employed with British American Tobacco.

Net sales (including intragroup) break down by family of products as follows: - ice creams (52.4%): brands Kontiki, Njofra, Snow White, Macho, Twice, Grandissimo, etc.; - frozen foods (46.1%): fish, pastries, fruits and vegetables, ready meal, etc.; - other (1.5%).
