Legrand announces two acquisitions in the buoyant fields of assisted living and healthcare, as well as in data centers, 'reinforcing the group's leadership positions in its fastest-growing segments'.

It has thus acquired Enovation, a Dutch healthcare software company employing over 350 people, with annual sales of over 60 million euros and an adjusted operating margin significantly higher than Legrand's.

The French group has also acquired Netrack, an Indian specialist in the manufacture of server and network racks. Based in Bengalore, it employs over 250 people and generates annual sales of around 10 million euros.
