Lehto announced launching change negotiations, which aim to adapt operations to the market situation and reorganize due to a potential business arrangement. A total of 320 people are in the scope of the negotiations, including 155 people who are currently laid off full-time or part-time. Construction site officials and hourly employees working on the sites of the Housing and Business Premise service areas have been excluded from the scope of the negotiation.

The personnel impacts of the negotiations are estimated to be a maximum of 220 person-years. Matters to be negotiated include, for example, potential layoffs, layoffs (including continuation of current layoffs), part-time hiring, job changes and transfers to other positions or organizations, as well as related retraining issues.
