LeoNovus Inc. announced the appointment of Dan Willis as CEO of LeoNovus effective immediately. He is replacing Gordon Campbell, who has resigned as CEO effective November 13, 2015. This is in support of the Company's strategy to consolidate its operations in Canada for cost cutting measures along with promoting greater efficiencies by uniting resources.

Dan Willis takes on the leadership role to head up Canadian resources already in place to include engineering and the recently announced key consultants from KasTech Inc. who have been working to transform the business into a customer-centric organization. Gordon Campbell will stay on as Chairman of the Board. Dan Willis has over 30 years of distributed software and system solution design including executive management.

He holds over 60 patents.
