Accor SA (EPA:AC) has started exclusive talks to sell a 10.8% stake in Ennismore to a consortium of investors with financing from Qatar First Bank L.L.C (Public) in a deal valuing the UK hospitality company at over EUR 2 billion ($2.10 billion). Qatari consortium will pay EUR 185 million for the shareholding. The investment amount includes EUR 20 million of Shari'a compliant financing by Qatar First Bank LLC to the Qatari consortium's investment vehicle, according to the press release.
