Suzhou Junjing Industrial Co., Ltd. won a bid to acquire 4.2% stake in Sichuan Youfun Paper Co.,Ltd from Leshan Electric Power Co., Ltd. (SHSE:600644) for CNY 22.5 million on June 12, 2019. Under the terms of the transaction, Suzhou Junjing Industrial Co., Ltd. will acquire 2.25 million shares. The transaction was carried out through public listing on Leshan Property Rights Exchange Co., Ltd. The agreement is expected to signed before June 12, 2019. As of June 14, 2019, Suzhou Junjing Industrial Co., Ltd. has paid the consideration. Upon completion, Leshan Electric Power Co., Ltd. will hold no stake in Sichuan Youfun Paper Co.,Ltd.
