Li Peng Enterprise Co., Ltd. announced the acquisition of real property at No.452, No.453, Jilin Section. Zhongshan Dist., Taipei City. Building location:B2, No.162, and No.162-1, Songjiang Rd. Zhongshan Dist., Taipei City and 6 parking lots. Total Land: 90.8355 square meters, equivalent to 27.4777 ping; and the Building: 1,111.0535 square meters, equivalent to 336.0937 ping. Total Transaction Price is TWD 34,650,000. Once the agreement effected, payment be made based on terms and conditions listed in the agreement.
Li Peng Enterprise Co., Ltd. is a Taiwan-based company principally engaged in the manufacture and sales of textile products. The Company is involved in the manufacture of nylon filaments, nylon chips and weaving fabrics.
