Lian Hwa Foods Corporation Resolves to Increase Budget for the Construction of New Factory on Own Land and Purchase of Equipment in Guanyin

Lian Hwa Foods Corporation announced that the Board of Directors resolved to construction of new factory and purchase of equipment in Guanyin. The total budget is NTD 2,710,000 thousand for construction of new factory and ancillary facilities and NTD 600,000 thousand for machinery and equipment and its ancillary equipment. After considering factors such as cost changes, Approved by The Board of Directors on May 6, 2022 to increase budget of NTD 890,000 thousand for the construction of new factory and ancillary facilities, and increase budget of NTD 600,000 thousand for machinery and equipment and its ancillary equipment.

The total budget is NTD 3,600,000 thousand for the construction of new factory and its ancillary facilities, and NTD 1,200,000 thousand for the machinery and equipment and its ancillary equipment.
