Smart Specialists Limited completed the acquisition of 54.55% stake in LianDi Clean Technology, Inc. from SJ Asia Pacific Ltd.

LianDi Clean Technology, Inc. is engaged in providing products and services to Chinese petroleum and petrochemical companies. The Company's products and services include a range of petroleum and petrochemical valves and equipment; systems integration services; optimization software for the polymerization process, and unheading units for the delayed coking process. The Company offers crude oil transportation and storage, refining and petrochemical valves and equipment. The Company's software is used by petrochemical companies during the polymerization reaction of ethylene production for data collection, performance analysis and process optimization. It also offers oil tank sludge cleaning services and delayed coking solution. Its distribution products include oil loading/unloading, general valve, screw pump, isolation valve, coke drum unheading valve, switch valve, check valve, rising stem ball valve, high pressure valve, electric actuators, control valve and ball valve.
