The Company’s operations are in one segment, exploration for gold, copper and other precious and base metals. Its projects include Black Pine, Goldstrike and TV Tower. Black Pine is an open-pit, oxide gold, run-of-mine (ROM) heap leach gold mine located in southeastern Cassia County, Idaho. The property covers a total area of 14,299 acres/5,776 hectares (ha) and consists of 622 unpatented lode claims. The Goldstrike property is a Carlin-style, sedimentary rock-hosted (Carlin-style) gold property located in Washington County, southwest Utah (50 kilometers northwest of St. George). The TV Tower gold-silver-copper property is located in northwestern Turkey.
