Lic Housing Finance Limited Recommends Final Dividend for the Financial Year Ended 31 March, 2024

The Board of Directors of the Company in its meeting held on 15 May, 2024, approved recommendation of dividend for financial year 2023-2024 450% i.e. INR 9 per equity share of INR 2 each. The dividend on equity shares, will be paid within 30 days if approved by the Shareholder in the upcoming Annual General Meeting of the Company.

Its Other Segments comprise Financial Services segment, which involves the business of marketing financial products and services on their own account, as well as for and on behalf of other service providers, Construction Segment, which operates assisted living community centers for elderly citizens in India and Asset Management segment. It offers housing loan, home renovation loan, home loan top up, home extension loan, plot loan and others.
