Lincoln Electric Holdings, Inc. (NasdaqGS:LECO) acquired Redviking Group, LLC for approximately $120 million on April 1, 2024. The net purchase price was $115 million, net of cash acquired. In 2023, RedViking generated sales of approximately $70 million.

Lincoln Electric Holdings, Inc. is a manufacturer of welding, cutting and brazing products.
