LionHub Group Limited announced that it has entered into a Strategic Co-operation Agreement with Anhui Agricultural University (AAU) which will draw on the expertise of both parties to facilitate the development of new "incubator" business opportunities that will complement development of LionHub's technology parks. LionHub holds the rights to develop both the Xuancheng Singapore Techno-Park and the Lu'an Singapore Eco-Park both of which are located in Anhui Province. It is envisaged that these new technology parks will be able to offer technological and logistical infrastructure solutions for regional China. It is anticipated under the Strategic Co-operation Agreement that AAU and LionHub will work together to establish facilities to promote the development of early stage high-tech "incubator" companies in Anhui Province which will in turn attract innovators, entrepreneurs and investors to the region. Together, through the new Strategic Co-operation Agreement, AAU and LionHub aim to enhance the appeal of Anhui Province as a centre for science, technology and agriculture in China. Both AAU and LionHub believe that there is also significant merit in facilitating research and development of the next generation of health products and traditional Chinese medicines and part of the focus of the Strategic Co-operation Agreement will extend into these areas of opportunity. The Anhui Province is also one of China's important provinces in terms of agricultural production and the scope of the Strategic Co-operation Agreement extends to providing support to this sector.
