LITON TECHNOLOGY CORP. is a Taiwan-based company principally engaged in the etched and formed aluminum foils businesses. The Company’s primary products include middle and high voltage formed aluminum foils, low voltage formed aluminum foils, middle and high voltage etched aluminum foils and high-purity guide pins. The Company mainly operates through three business segments. The Taiwan Operation segment is principally engaged in the manufacture and trading of formed aluminum foils. The Mainland China Operation segment is principally engaged in the manufacture and trading of aluminum foil materials, aluminum electrolytic capacitors and related materials. The Other Operation segment is mainly engaged in the import and export businesses.
