Livanis Publications SA Auditor Raises 'Going Concern' Doubt

Livanis Publications SA is a Greece-based publishing company. Its range of activities includes the printing, publishing and trade of books, the development and production of multimedia and other related electronic publications, the production and trade of information technology products, compact discs and other related software for personal computers. The Company's publications cover such categories as foreign and Greek literature, biographies, science and sociology, history, economics, politics, poetry, dictionaries, philosophy and psychology. It also operates an Internet portal and offers on-line shopping services. Since 2007, the Company participates in Livanis Professional Congress Organisers SA, engaged in the organization of seminars, conferences and exhibitions, as well as the production of printed and electronic publications. The Company’s production unit, two bookstores, central warehouse of 4,500 square meters, and head office are located in Athens, Greece.
