Announcement of Date of Board Meeting and Closed Period

This is to inform the Nigerian Exchange Limited (the Exchange) and all investors, that a meeting of the Board of Directors of Livestock Feeds Plc (the Company) will be held on Monday 20th March 2022. At the meeting, the Board will consider and approve the Audited Financial Statement for the year ended 31st December 2022, in addition to other agenda items.

Pursuant to the Closed Period rule of the Exchange, the Company had commenced its closed period on Sunday, January 1, 2023 and will continue until 24 hours after the release of the Audited Financial Results.

In view of the above, no Director, persons discharging managerial responsibility, Employees with sensitive information, Advisers and Consultants of the Company, and their connected persons may directly or indirectly deal in the securities of the Company until 24 hours after the release of the Audited Financial Results for the year ended 31st December 2022 through the Exchange's Issuers' Portal.
