Quarter Highlights
The Net Revenues of the Company posted a stronger growth than the one posted in the third quarter:
• 3Q21 vs 3Q20: +65.7%
• 4Q21 vs 4Q20: +75.4%
Acceleration of the growth of Organic Net Revenues of the Commerce segment, vis-a-vis the third quarter:
• 3Q21 vs 3Q20: +34%
• 4Q21 vs 4Q20: +42%
Despite the reopening of the economy (after the 2Q21), we kept the pace of customer addition in the
Commerce segment in the 3Q and 4Q´s due to higher investments in marketing and product evolution (3Q21 vs 3Q20 and 4Q21 vs 4Q20)
The e-commerce recurrent client base (Tray, Bagy, Dooca and Bling) showed constant growth throughout the year 2021, reaching 123.2 thousand subscriptions
