LOTTE HEALTHCARE Co., Ltd announced a placement of 50,000,000 common shares at an issue price of KRW 1,000 per share for gross proceeds of KRW 50,000,000,000 on October 11, 2023. The transaction will be carried out in two tranches. The first tranche is due on November 10, 2023 for 30,000,000 shares and second tranche on April 1, 2023 for 20,000,000 shares.
The transaction has been approved by board of directors of the company. The method of capital increase is through shareholder allocation.
