Lotte Giants Co. Ltd. announced a placement of 1,964,839 common shares at an issue price of KRW 9,670 per share for aggregate gross proceeds of KRW 18,999,993,130 on October 27, 2022. The transaction will include participation from returning investor, LOTTE Corporation for 1,964,839 shares.
The method of capital increase will be through existing shares preferential allocation. The transaction has been approved by board of directors of the company.
