LUKOIL SRBIJA AD agreed to acquire downstream assets of shell from Shell plc.

Lukoil-Beopetrol ad Beograd is a Serbia-based company engaged in the oil and gas industry. Its main activities include retail and wholesale trade of oil and oil derivates. The Company operates over 180 petrol stations with convenience stores across Serbia. The range of its products includes petrol, unleaded petrol, diesel fuel, motor oils, gas and related products. As of December 31, 2011, Lukoil-Beopetrol ad Beograd had two subsidiaries, including Beopetrol-Pristina ad and Beopetrol Hellas. The Company's parent entity is Lukoil Europe Holdings BV.
