Zhejiang Juexin Microelectronics Co., Ltd. announced that it has recently received CNY 500 million in an equity round of funding on led by new investor, Beijing Aerospace Guotiao Venture Capital Fund (L.P.), a fund managed by Aerospace Science and Industry Investment Fund Management (Beijing) Co., Ltd., an investment arm, CICC Capital Management Co., Ltd. on March 8, 2024. The transaction also included participation from new investors, Shanghai Pivot Capital Management Co., Ltd., LUSTER LightTech Co., LTD. and Hunan Dice Investment Co., Ltd. As a part of the transaction, investor became the company's second largest shareholder.
Luster LightTech Group Co Ltd is a China-based company mainly engaged in machine vision and optical communication business. The machine vision business mainly includes providing customers with products and solutions such as configurable vision systems, intelligent vision equipment and core vision devices. The optical communication business mainly includes solutions for providing optical components and instruments, as well as radio and television broadband access products. In addition, the Company also distributes visual devices, optical fiber devices and instrument products of foreign brands.
