Algaia SA announced that it has received €4 million in funding from Maabarot Products Ltd.

Maabarot Products Ltd. is an Israel-based company engaged in the development, manufacturing and marketing of foods and nutritional supplements for people and animals. The Company conducts its business in a number of sites in Israel: Maabarot's premises in Emek Hefer, the Ta'am Teva Altman site in Or Yehuda, Analit in Granot Industrial area, and Adama's premises in Mevo Modi'im. It also has business in Izmir, Turkey, which runs by Global Biopet. Maabarot Products Ltd.'s subsidiaries are Ta'am Teva Altman, Analit, Adama, Global Biopet and Halavit through which the Company produces dry milk, dry pet food, milk substitutes for animals, organic fresh food, fat powders, coffee whiteners, soup creamers, whip base powders, fruit powders, cheese and yogurt powders and plant extract powders.
