Maeil Dairies Co., Ltd. (KOSDAQ:A005990) announces a share repurchase program. Under the program, the company will repurchase up to KRW 3,000 million worth of shares pursuant to a trust contract with KB Securities Co., Ltd. The purpose of the share repurchase program is to stabilize the share price and to enhance shareholder value. The share repurchase program is valid until August 12, 2022. As of August 12, 2019, the company had 519,397 shares in treasury within scope available for dividend and had 3,479 shares in treasury through other repurchase.
