Van Phuc Holding Building and Trading Joint Stock Company signed an agreement to acquire Myson Group, Inc. in a reverse merger transaction.

Van Phuc Holding Building and Trading Joint Stock Company signed an agreement to acquire Myson Group, Inc. (OTCPK:MYSN) in a reverse merger transaction on June 23, 2015. As part of the transaction, Myson Group will acquire 50.9% stake in Van Phuc. The beneficiary shareholders of Van Phuc will hold 85% stake in Myson Group as a result of the transaction.

The deal is expected to complete on June 30, 2015. Myson Group will begin the consolidated financial audits in July 2015 in order to file a registration statement with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission to become a fully reporting company.
