Magellan Gold Corporation is an exploration-stage company. The Company is focused on the exploration and development of mineral projects in the Western United States. The Company's project includes Center Star Mine, which is located near Elk City, Idaho on the south side of the Clearwater River approximately 45 miles southeast of Grangeville, Idaho. The property consists of approximately 31 unpatented lode claims totaling approximately 620 acres. The Company has entered into a lease with option to purchase agreement for the Kris Project. The Kris Project is located 109 road miles northwest of Reno, Nevada in Plumas County, California. The Company also has entered into an agreement for the purchase of three copper-focused properties, two of which are in Idaho, and one in Arizona, which includes The Copper Cliff Property, The Blue Jacket Property and The Copper Butte Project.
