Makati Finance Corp. board approved the cash dividends in the amount of PHP 6,252,776.85 or an equivalent of PHP 0.0307544713 per share (3.07544713%) to stockholders of record as of 27 August 2015 with a payment date of 22 September 2015. The dividend shall be paid out of the audited net profits of the Corporation as of December 31, 2014.
The company elected Lawrence Ee as Director for a term of one year or until his successor has been elected. Lawrence also elected as member of Executive Committee and member of Audit Committee. The company elected Michael Wee as member of Nomination Committee.
