Manalto Limited Announces Management and Board Changes

Manalto Limited announced the appointment of two new Directors. Colin Marland has been appointed CEO and Managing Director. Colin has more than 30 years' experience in the telecommunications, start-up and investment industry.

Colin specializes in the conception and start-up phase of companies and has successfully listed several companies on the ASX. Colin was a foundation board member of the Telecommunication Industry Ombudsman and has served on other related listed and unlisted boards. Qi Cao has been appointed new Non- Executive director.

Previous Directors Jason Collins and Piers Lewis tendered their resignation effective 16 April 2020. The Company also has a new Company Secretary from 16 April 2020, with Sebastian Andre resigning and David Mul an Non-Executive Director taking on the role.
