Marani Brands Signs $40 Million Brazilian Distributor Agreement

The Company is engaged in the distribution of wine and spirit products manufactured in Armenia. The Company also focuses on the distribution of alcohol beverage products manufactured in other countries. The Company operates through its subsidiary, Marani Spirits, Inc. The Company's product is Marani Vodka. Marani Vodka is made from winter wheat harvested in Armenia. Marani Vodka contains skimmed dried milk and honey. Marani Vodka is also available online at Hi-Time Wine Cellars and Total Wine & More. The Company has a distribution agreement with Erashk Winery Ltd. to purchase, inventory, promote and resell any of its products around the world. Its Vodka Spirits are available at Costco's California stores, which includes Santa Maria, Fullerton, Alhambra, Moreno Valley, Burbank, Montclair, San Luis Obispo, Cypress, Lancaster and Lakewood.
