Marcus & Millichap Brokers Sale of Fredericksburg Self-Storage Property

FREDERICKSBURG, Va., April 16, 2024 - Marcus & Millichap (NYSE: MMI), a leading commercial real estate brokerage firm specializing in investment sales, financing, research and advisory services, announced today the sale of a 35,050-square-foot self-storage property in Fredericksburg, Virginia.
"Seller financing is proving to be very attractive in today's markets, and we expect this to continue as interest rates remain unchanged," says Stacey Gorman, senior managing director of investments.
Gorman, Cameron Bradford, and Sam Slocum, investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap's Atlanta and Charleston offices, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, a private investor, and procured the buyer, Arcland Property Company, LLC. Brian Hosey, Broker of Record in Virginia, assisted in closing the transaction.
Storage Wise of Fredericksburg, spanning a 4.8-acre parcel, is located at 9406 Onyx Ct. The property features 263 units across three buildings. In 2022, the property expanded with the addition of a climate-controlled building containing 55 units.
