TROY, N.Y., Mar. 22, 2024 - Marcus & Millichap (NYSE: MMI), a leading commercial real estate brokerage firm specializing in investment sales, financing, research and advisory services, announced today the sale of a 129,059-square-foot retail center in Troy, New York, for $18 million.
"The Seller did a great job redeveloping the property and positioned it perfectly for the buyer to add their finishing touches," said Joseph French.
French and Kodi Traver, investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap's Westchester office had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller and procured the buyer, both private investors.
Hudson River Commons is located at 120 Hoosick St., on 12.2 acres. The center is 97% occupied and anchored by Big Lots. The center features a freestanding Sonic and a freestanding building housing Starbucks and Saratoga National Bank. Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute (RPI) is within walking distance.
