Nomura Real Estate Development Co., Ltd. agreed to acquire Kiyosumi Office from Maruhachi Warehouse Co., Ltd. (TSE:9313) for ¥3 billion on July 11, 2014. In a related transaction, Maruhachi Warehouse will acquire an apartment for lease. The book value of Kiyosumi Office is ¥234 million. Board of Directors of Maruhachi Warehouse made a resolution in favor of the transaction on July 11, 2014. The tentative contract conclusion date is end of September 2014. The tentative property transfer date is end of August 2015. The transfer date has been postponed as on October 10, 2014. As on December 19, 2014, the consideration was amended to ¥2.3 billion. A resolution was passed by the Board of Directors of Maruhachi Warehouse. The contract conclusion date and property transfer date is scheduled on December 25, 2014.
