Mayer Holdings Limited announced that based on a preliminary review of the consolidated management accounts of the Group for the Reporting Period and a preliminary assessment of the information currently available to the Board, the Group expects to record a consolidated loss attributable to owners of the Company from 1 January 2021 to 30 June 2022 of approximately RMB 14 million as compared to a consolidated profit attributable to owners of the Company of approximately RMB 16 million for the year ended 31 December 2020.

Mayer Holdings Limited is a Hong Kong-based investment holding company. The Company, along with its subsidiaries, is engaged in manufacturing and trading of steel pipes, steel sheets and other products made of steel, property investment and leasing of aircrafts. The Company operates in four segments: steel, which is engaged in the manufacture and trading of steel pipes, steel sheets and other products made of steel; property investment, which leases office premises to generate rental income; investments, which invests in unlisted equity securities, and aircraft, which leases aircrafts and provides consultancy services to the lessee. Its subsidiaries include Bamian Investments Pte. Limited, ROC Advance Limited, Sunbeam Group Limited, Top Force International Limited and Advance Century Development Limited.On May 9, 2011, it acquired Yield Rise, subsequently Yield Rise had become a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company. In January, the Company sold its subsidiary Bamian Investments.
