With reference to your mail received by us on October 20, 2022 regarding clarification on increase in volume, we would like to clarify that the company has been making prompt disclosures of all events or information which have a bearing on the operations of the company which includes all price sensitive information and any other material event, as required under Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 from time to time. The company has always abided by and complied with all regulatory requirements and will continue to do so.
We further request you to take note that since the shares of the company are freely traded on the Stock Exchange(s); the company is unable to comment on the increase in the volume of the shares.
We do not possess any announcement including any impending announcement, material or price sensitive information which had not been disclosed to the stock exchanges.
