MCB Group Limited has declared for the financial year ending 30 June 2023, an interim dividend of MUR 8.50 per Ordinary Share. Payment thereof will be effected on or about 7 July 2023 to all Ordinary Shareholders registered at the close of business on 9 June 2023. The Ordinary Shares of the Company will be quoted cum dividend from 15 May 2023 to 6 June 2023 and ex dividend as from 7 June 2023.
