Mechanical Lloyd Company Limited announced the retirement of Mr. Yaw Assah-Sam as an executive director from the services of the company with effect from January 1, 2012. Mr. Assah-Sam was until December 31, 2011 the director of sales and service. He however remains a director of the company.

The Company's after sales parts include wiper blades, spark plugs, filters and batteries. The Company has workshops at locations, including Accra, Adenta, Kumasi and Tamale.
