The minority shareholders of MCT República Dominicana, S.R.L. and MCT SEE, doo acquired remaining 90% stake in MCT República Dominicana, S.R.L. and MCT SEE, doo from Medcomtech, S.A. (BME:MED) for €2.4 million on December 28, 2018. As reported, the stake in MCT República Dominicana was sold for $1.2 million (€1.05 million) in seven maturities until 2025 and the stake in MCT SEE, doo was sold for €1.25 million with a payment in eight maturities until 2026. The operations are cash flow positive and will improve EBITDA of Medcomtech, S.A.
