MEDICLIN AG MEDICLIN Aktiengesellschaft agreed to acquire Residenz Reha-Kliniken Gmbh from Residenz Management GmbH on March 22, 2024. MEDICLIN and the Specht Group jointly informed the clinic's staff this week about the likely upcoming changes. Holger Kammann, who is also Commercial Director of the MEDICLIN Hedon Clinic in Lingen, will also manage the rehabilitation clinic to be bought in future.
As of April 5, 2024, MEDICLIN Aktiengesellschaft signed a purchase agreement to acquire Residenz Reha-Kliniken Gmbh.
