The Company manages one permanent capital vehicle, which is a business development companies (BDC), as well as long-dated private funds and Separately Managed Accounts (SMAs), with a primary focus on senior secured credit. Sierra Income Corporation (SIC) is the Company's capital vehicle. Its long dated private funds include MOF I, MOF II, MOF III and others. The Company manages approximately 12 SMAs.
