MegaFon : Changes to the Board of Directors

On 1 March 2022, MegaFon received from Mr Johan Dennelind a notice of his resignation as Member of MegaFon's Board of Directors. As from the date the notice was received by the Company, Mr Johan Dennelind is considered as retired Member of the Board of Directors of PJSC MegaFon in line with provisions of the Federal Law On Joint Stock Companies.
