Ally Waste Services, LLC acquired 51% interest in Waste Consolidators, Inc. from Mentor Capital, Inc. (OTCPK:MNTR) for $6 million on October 4, 2023. Ally Waste Services acquired 51% interest in Waste Consolidators for $5,000,000 in cash and a one year unsecured, subordinated, Promissory Note in initial principal face amount of $1,000,000.
